Determining the number of guests anticipated attending a Repast is difficult.  We recommend that you take into regard the following three considerations:

The number of

1) Family members,

2) Relatives and

3) Close family friends.

This will provide you a good starting point, as we will require a minimum guarantee in order to assure proper meal preparation and room arrangement.

Although predicting the additional attending friends may seem unattainable, it is advisable to prepare the arrangements by calculating an additional 40 percent to your guaranteed number.

Finally, we urge that you request the funeral home director, or personnel, assist you by phoning us the day of the funeral at some point from the church to the cemetery.  They can provide us an accurate account of attendees, as this proves very helpful in enabling us to make any necessary changes.

Your funeral director will be very accomodating to this final detail.
